Lost Classics: Rebellion X (Arcade)

An ad for Rebellion X that appeared in RePlay magazine (October 1993) (scanned by Gaming Alexandria; no longer online)

This ad for Rebellion X is a lot to take in. Rebellion X was an arcade fighting game with character designs that look very reminiscent of artist Tetsuo Hara's work, to put it charitably. This hot new title was on display at AMOA Expo '93 (supposedly), but unfortunately does not appear to have been released.

The game was apparently produced by J-CO in Japan. We can see what look like screenshots, but on closer inspection are probably just artist renderings.

Another flyer can be found here, but it gives us no new insight, except that "J-CO" is short for "Justice Computer." If there is any justice, something else from this game will turn up.
